The absolute best site that you can use for web design tutorials is w3schools.com. They have a huge selection of tutorials ranging from basic HTML and CSS to JavaScript, XSL, MySQL, and server-side scripting in ASP or PHP. This site is a WordPress/PHP site; you’ll find that PHP.net is the best resource for any type of PHP programming. Hope this helps.
